INTEGRA CONSULTORÍA CORUÑA SL (SPAIN - PROMOTOR)

ORGANISATION DESCRIPTION
Integra Consultoría Coruña SL was founded in 2004 in the city of A Coruña as an initiative of young people interested in the field of integration and European cooperation and support with the ultimate goal of operating and working with young people through a structure help and support to work experience, learning various languages, training of new professional figures that make innovations in the Galician region and improving knowledge of European labour system promoting multilingualism and multicultural dialogue.
Integra Consultoría Coruña SL promotes international mobility intended for young people and adults - usually for employed persons, apprentices, unemployed persons and union members - in order to help individuals and organizations become more successful in global markets through the acquisition of foreign language proficiency, intercultural awareness and improvement of vocational qualifications.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Integra Consultoría Coruña SL objectives are improve the knowledge of the European Union and the instruments that makes available the youngest thereby promoting greater understanding and social cohesion also aims to increase mobility between countries, promoting international cooperation mutual cultural enrichment and publicize volunteering as an expression of an intercultural dimension based on solidarity and equality.

ACTIVITIES AND PROJECTS
Since the creation of Integra Consultoría Coruña SL they have participated in several European Projects, in the old LLP (IVT and PLM) and some TOI projects.
In the new Erasmus+ programmes, Integra Consultoría Coruña SL participates not only as a Promoter/Sending in some projects but also in several projects as Hosting Organisation with countries like Italy, United Kingdom, Portugal, Germany, Turkey, etc. receiving more than 200 participants every year.
In addition, Integra Consultoría Coruña SL is now promoting the KA2 “Digital Competences Framework in Practice” and  is working as a partner in “The suitcase, the map and the voyage of a youth worker", KA2 promoted by a Romanian organisation.
​In the last years, Integra Consultoría Coruña SL is focused in the improvement and recognisement of the Youth Workers competences, stablishing partnerships in projects like this last one and in several Youth Exchanges and EVS programmes.

ACADEMIA POSTAL 3 (SPAIN)

ORGANISATION DESCRIPTION
Academia Postal 3 is an entity of the Group Academia Postal member of AGAEMP and FEDEMP, partner of the bussines confederation of regional area. Postal 3 is a referent of the current formative map in the Iberian peninsula, with centres in Galicia, Valladolid, Madrid and Barcelona. A strong presence in the sector of labor training makes to Postal 3 a solid partner in the development of project with aims focused on supported training and employment operators.
Postal 3 employs 50 permanent staff like technicians, managers, and support personnel in our regional offices, further trainers and teachers, until 300 work and collaborate with us in a year. With a turnover of 2.3 million we formed around 10.000 students in more than 500 courses per year. Postal 3 works in different scopes, local, regional, national and international, depending on the project, in several areas, adapting the characteristic and development of the courses to the needs of every target group.
Training and consulting are the main areas of expertise of Postal 3 with a powerful team of technicians who meet a extensive experience in these fields.
the specific social context is the result of the current economic crisis, in 2013, the spanish labour market was still being determined by the economic crisis. Key figures for the Spain did not improve: they either continued to show negative trends (unemployment) or remained relatively stable in relation to the year before (employment). In addition, developments in the labour market did not affect regions in the same way or to the same extent. As a result, the differences between regions increased.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Postal 3 is an organization dedicated to training, consulting projects, and development of online resources, whose services to public and private organizations have achieved remarkable success and growth over the past two decades to become a benchmark in the field of training in Spain, and forming a model of excellence in the design and implementation of training plans linked to the private sector.
The potential treasures today Postal 3 is embodied in the fact of having given more than one million eight hundred thousand hours of training over the past three years, to experience a remarkable growth during the past year.

ACTIVITIES AND PROJECTS
With a strong philosophy of collaboration in all of his projects, Postal 3 has participated in several European Projects, in the old Life Long learning Program (Grundtvig and Leonardo) and some TOI projects.
In the new Erasmus+ programs, Postal 3 participates not only as a partner in some projects but also in several projects as promotor with countries like Italy, Poland, Portugal, Germany, Turkey, etc. Coordinating and supporting at different levels.
In addition, Postal 3 is now promoting the Young training in México, Argentina and Peru through a program of State secretary.
In the last years, Postal 3 is focused in the development of a wide net of partners for innovation and  improvement of training through the European projects, stablishing partnerships and cooperations in projects with a high European value.

IHK - PROJEKTGESELLSCHAFT MBH (GERMANY)

ORGANISATION DESCRIPTION
IHK-Projektgesellschaft mbH is a service provider for Vocational Education and Training (VET) at regional, national and international level. We have already completed 32 national and international projects in all kinds of different EU-funded programs.
Our team consists of 60 highly qualified specialists. We provide services for companies, enterprises, institutions as well as individuals. IHK-Projektgesellschaft mbH has established and applies a quality management system for planning, conception and management of educational programmes, projects and other services. We are regularly subject of audits. They proof that the requirements according to ISO 9001:2008 are fulfilled.

As a 100% subsidiary company of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (competent body in VET) we principally act as a service provider and cooperation partner for CCI and their member companies (90% SME). In corporation with Chambers of Crafts, ministries and other institutions we are promoting economic development in our region East Brandenburg. Furthermore we are also initiator, moderator and active partner  of VET networks at regional and national level.

GECKO PROGRAMMES LTD (UNITED KINGDOM)

ORGANISATION DESCRIPTION
Gecko Programmes Ltd is a Vocational Education and Training organisation based in Wolverhampton and with facilities in Birmingham.  The West Midlands is the centre of operations, but we have activities throughout England.
With a history of engaging with the creative and third sectors to establish new projects and provide skills advice, the company was established in 2009.  Gecko develops organisations and people in the UK and Europe, operating through the Consulting Business Unit to develop organisations, and the Work and Skills Unit to develop people.
 
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
We focus particularly upon the creative sector, as a sector that has continued to create employment (and self-employment) opportunities throughout economic recession, and is as much a barometer for economic recovery as is the construction sector. We have expertise in developing people for employment and self-employment within the creative sector. We provide our customers with an experience that enhances their position in a competitive job market. We have conducted published research into the development needs of artisans and start-up businesses in the sector, identified individual development needs, and offered workshops and peer group support before and during the business start-up.
We add value to both of these Business Units through our European Team; partnerships to identify curriculum development needs, partnerships to pilot the delivery of innovative training, and inward and outward Erasmus+ individual mobilities to enhance the learning experience.
Our UK and European engagement is guided by the Matrix Standard, for which we were successfully assessed in December 2014.
 
ACTIVITIES AND PROJECTS 
The Work and Skills Unit holds contracts to develop people through skills and mentoring. We offer a quality assured curriculum (certificated by Pearson) that is funded by the UK’s Skills Funding Agency.  We also hold UK Department of Works and Pensions contracts to support workless people back into employment.
We add value to both of these Business Units through our European Team; partnerships to identify curriculum development needs, partnerships to pilot the delivery of innovative training, and inward and outward individual mobilities to enhance the learning experience.

AREZZO INNOVAZIONE (ITALY)

​ORGANISATION DESCRIPTION
Arezzo Innovazione is a public organization founded in 2003 by local  entities with the aim to support the development of local economy through research and innovation transfer activities.
The organization was born  with particular attention to the fashion and jewellery sector, today it has enlarged its competence in order to give answers to the entire manufacturing sector.
The actual configuration includes an informatic laboratory with specific softwares dedicated to 3d modellisation and planning, a digital fabrication laboratory  with laser cutter, 3D printing, scanner laser and other instruments and accessories for the electronic and mechanical laboratory. Moreover Arezzo Innovazione is a structure recognized from Tuscany Region as structure able  to give support to startups.

BILDUNGSWERK DER NIEDERSÄCHSISCHEN WIRTSCHAFT (GERMANY)

The Bildungswerk der Niedersächsischen Wirtschaft (BNW) has been the leading partner for educational and training development processes for more than 40 years. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Education builds bridges – and true to this motto we here at BNW are as a solid partner to bridge the gap between people and business establishments. We provide support for both young adults and adults to help them with their individual learning and developing skills. At the same time we are also an acting partner for Lower Saxony companies for recruiting and personal development. Our aim, is to bridge the gap between people and businesses and to promote individual development and secure the knowledge of skilled workers in Lower Saxony.
With various European projects such as ERASMUS+ we can focus and promote such things like the language and job skills knowledge of trainees and apprentices. Our projects support not only the intercultural and professional aspects, but also aim to use the potential of exchange programs and mobility to benefit the European Job market.

ACTIVITIES AND PROJECTS
BNW offers young adults and adults alike an early approach to vocational orientation, overcoming any transitions whilst utilizing the qualifications and integration. In cooperation with various partners we administer projects for new talent and resource development. Since 2008 we have focused heavily on internationalization for education and vocational training.
In our first project we organized an exchange group of trainees from the Netherlands. Following on from that with the “Ready 4 Europe” project targeted for England, we concentrated on gaining an additional qualification as well as preparation for the double vocational diploma. Together with the University of Oldenburg we here at BNW provided a program called “open academy” with foreign placements for students and apprentices in both Northern Ireland and England. The main aim here was to scrutinize and monitor the recognition procedures for professional qualifications in learning in a heterogeneous group. The follow up project started in the summer and was a part of the Leonardo scheme titled “international Skills”. This provide the apprentices from commercial parts of life the opportunity to assess their learning steps during their stay with help from a portfolio of various skills. This was supplemented with the assistance of the Erasmus + project named “FOSS – Focus on Skills” where the progression and learning development of all the participants was documented throughout the whole period.

GAZI UNIVERSITY (TURKEY)

ORGANISATION DESCRIPTION
Gazi University is one of the few universities whose history dates back to 1920s. Gazi University carries out its educational and research activities with its 22 faculties, 13 colleges, 9 Vocational High Schools, 35 research centers and 7 institutes and it still claims it is a higher education institution which is worthy to Atatürk. The university has faculties of Education, Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Engineering and Architecture, Economics and Administrative, Communcation, Science and Arts, Law, Fine Arts. Being the leader of the country with its education faculties, Gazi University has faculties of Industrial Arts, Gazi Education, Vocational Education, Technical Education, Commerce and Tourism In addition to the students from all around the country Gazi has also more than 1500 foreign students from Turkic states. It also meets the needs of academic staff of other universities with more than 5 thousand students in master and PhD programmes. Gazi University carries out its education in different campuses. Having three campus called Besevler, Emek and Maltepe in Ankara. With its 70 thousand students and more than 4000 academic staff the university is close to the world average in terms of the number of students per instructor. Gazi is one of the big universities with its faculties from education to communication, from fine arts to engineering, sports to forestry, medicine to pharmacy, dentistry to science and arts, economics to technology.

Gazi University is coordinating project development and management activities under a center which named as Project Coordination Implementation and Research Center. The Project Center serves coordination and consultancy in international platform through coordinating with academic and administrative units of the university. Tasks of the center:
 *to promote EU Education and Youth Programmes at the University, to arrange informational conferences about these programmes, to make necessary organizations and to inform administrative and academic units and students.
*to organize PCM courses.

*to build up new partnership about new project and opportunities.
*to set up data base on the international relations of the university.

*to follow the international relations of the rectorate and some international institutions like European associations of universities and etc.

Gazi University scholars engage in research and scholarship that extends beyond the classroom and around the globe. By tackling some of the most critical intellectual and social issues of the day.  AKTO COLLEGE (GREECE)

ΑΚΤΟ is the largest educational group, in Art, Design and Media, in Greece.  “Athens ΧclusiveDesignersWeek”
AKTO, in collaboration with the organisers, has ensured participation of student works, exclusively for the Fashion Design students, at the “Athens Exclusive Designers Week” (AXDW), the International Fashion Event taking place in Greece. More specifically, ΑΚΤΟ covers all student participation costs for AXDW, offering the opportunity to present their creations at the catwalk of this group event. “New Designers Awards” programi salso offeered (participation is assessed by the event committee).
AKTO InnovationLab
ΑΚΤΟ students and graduates have the opportunity to become members of the ΑΚTO Innovation Lab. The “workshop” was developed by graduates of the Product Design programme of studies in April 2014. Its goal is to dynamically combine Innovation with Design Thinking, through multidimensional collaborations and applications of high standards.

ΑΚΤΟ dynamically promotes the creations of students each year, through exhibitions and events organised either in-house or at known cultural – exhibition areas and museums.
